Billing

Questions about paying.

Do ticket books expire?

Never. Unused tickets stay on your account indefinitely, and the remaining balance is printed on every delivery receipt.

How does the monthly account work?

We record each delivery and send an itemised statement at month end listing every jar, the date and the running total. You settle once.

What payment methods do you take?

Cash to the driver, bank transfer, or JazzCash. Account customers usually transfer against the monthly statement.
