About

A small plant
and a fixed route.

CyanBay began in 2019 with one filtration line and a single van covering Clifton. The idea was narrow and has not changed: filter it ourselves, deliver on a day people can rely on, and put the bill in writing.

Why we started

Nobody could tell us
what was in it.

Ask most suppliers in this city where their water comes from and the answer is vague. Ask when it was last tested and it is vaguer still. We wanted a service where those questions had answers — so we built one.

We filter our own

No bulk buying and re-bottling. Every jar we sell is filled on our line.

We publish the reading

Ask for the current batch report and it comes back the same day.

Questions

Anything else.

How soon can delivery start?

Usually within the same week. If your address falls on an existing route we can often add you to the next delivery day — frequently within forty-eight hours.

Is there a deposit on the jars?

No. Full jars are exchanged for your empties at each visit, and if you stop the service we simply collect the last one.

What if I run out before my day?

Message us. We keep a limited same-day route across most areas and will fit you in where we can, at the same rate and with no rush charge.

Can I pause while travelling?

Yes, and nothing is billed while paused. Reply STOP to any reminder to skip, and one message starts it again.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

No. Routes run Monday to Saturday, nine to eight. Sunday is used for plant maintenance and jar sanitation.
